Since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in Maryland in 2014, I have learned of the powerful impact massage has on wellness, fitness, and performance. Informed by my experiences as a Division I collegiate swimmer and life-long athlete, my practice focuses on Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage modalities and techniques to keep my clients feeling and performing at their best.
My wife, three children and I live in St. Michaels. In what little free time I have, I enjoy coaching the YMCA swim team where my children swim. I also have a passion for gardening and love spending time with our dog.
